Airport officals award contract for new branding of TTN

Mercer County Board of Freeholders awarded a contract to Oxford Communications for $33,800 to create a new branding strategy for Trenton-Mercer Airport. The new branding would include a new logo and marketing campaign. "This is to let people know we're open for business and we're a great place to fly," said county spokeswoman Julie Willmot.

Brian Hughes, Mercer County Executive, addressed the need for more consistent signage at the airport. Currently the airport lacks proper signage in the many areas such as directions from the parking lot to the terminal and the location of the Sky Lounge restaurant  located on the third floor of the airport adjacent to the ticketing lobby.
